Home Owners

If you are the owner of a manufactured home, park model, or RV on leased land you have rights and responsibilities established in Arizona state law. A manufactured home, sometimes referred to as a mobilehome, is constructed under the nnn codes. A park model is a different type of manufactured; home constructed to the nnn codes. An RV may be drivable, as in a motorhome, or not, as in a trailer. These units are constructed to the nnn codes.

We teach classes in parks on the various laws that affect your rights and responsibilities. Our LTA101 class covers the Landlord-Tenant Act and our handouts give you information you can use. Check our Schedule page to see if there is an LTA101 class near you.

For mobilehome owners, learn about your rights and obligations in the Landlord-Tenant Act.

If your park is sold you can get some financial help to relocate your home to another park. (Here’s the rules on that – coming).

For park model and RV owners, learn about your rights and obligations in the RV Act.

Your tenancy is also governed by the federal Fair Housing Rights act. (Here’s the rules on that – coming).
