We can help you navigate the laws than govern your relationship with your renters. Several state laws apply in different situations. The State also requires Manager Certification and renewal on a regular basis. We offer classes that allow you to gain and maintain that certification.
Your relationship with manufactured home and park model owners is governed by the Landlord-Tenant Act; and with RV owners by the RV Act;. Your operations are also governed by the federal Fair Housing Rights act. (Here’s the rules on that – coming).
