Did you know that per ARS 33-1437, within six months after employment as a park manager, a park manager shall complete at least six hours of educational programs? AEMPRO offers the qualified educational programs that will allow your Park to comport with the law and to recertify every two (2) years as required.  We are knowledgeable in both the Arizona Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act and the Arizona RV Long-term Rental Space Act.  Upon completion, we will provide you with a Certificate so that you may post proof of completion and compliance in a conspicuous place at the mobile home park.
