Park Managers
Did you know? According to ARS 33-1437, “within six months after employment as a park manager, a park manager shall complete at least six hours of educational programs.” AEMPRO offers the qualified educational programs that will allow your Park to comport with the law and to recertify every two (2) years as required.
We are knowledgeable in both the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and the Arizona Recreational Vehicle Long-Term Rental Space Act. Upon completion, we will provide you with a Certificate so that you may “post proof of completion and compliance in a conspicuous place at the mobile home park.”

Park Manager Certification Training Classes presented by AEMPRO
Scheduled Classes
All scheduled Park Manager Certification classes will be online.
NOTE: If you have a group of 5 or more managers that would like to schedule an in-person Park Manager Certification class, please email for more information.
Class times are 8:30am – 3:00pm (MST). Lunch is approximately 11:30am-12:00pm. NOTE: Cameras must remain on for duration of class.
Class dates are the 3rd Friday of each month in 2026: January 16 • February 20 • March 20 • April 17 • May 15 • June 19 • July 17 • August 21 • September 18 • October 16 • November 20 • December 18
Registration and payment are due 7 days prior to the class date.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot issue refunds. However, if you reschedule within 6 months, your balance will be applied to your new registration.
